Regardless of the field or function, every business can improve in some way, and there exists a host of frameworks that can aid in improving performance. One such framework is the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program which is designed to assist in identifying organizational strengths, prepare for challenges, and address issues that are important to the organization.
In this Assignment, you will apply the Baldrige criteria to three different HSO types. Although each of the criteria can be applied in a broad sense that is similar for all HSOs, this Assignment asks you to think critically and explore the detail of HSO operations to truly assess the differences.
