I am examining the impact of individuals diagnosed with Schizophrenia on the importance of antipsychotic medication adherence and comparing it to Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in Middle-aged adults with severe mental health illness.
PICOT QUESTION
The PICOT question for this research study is: In middle-aged adults diagnosed with Schizophrenia(P), how effective are Cognitive behavioral therapy and long-acting atypical injections (I), compared to oral antipsychotic medication adherence(C), resulting in improved symptom management and can reduce the negative and positive sx (O) over six months (T)?
