history the patient Your client, Clay, is a 24-year-old veteran who has done 3 tours in Iraq. He appears anxious and says he cannot sleep at night. He is married with 2 children and says it is starting to impact his work and marriage.
Analyze your patient assignment and select applicable and relevant theories from your assigned readings to either guide, describe, predict, or explain your patient care. You may choose any relevant or meaningful theories to your assigned patient. This assignment is about exploring theories and their application in your clinical practice.
Choose one theory from each of the week’s assigned chapters. Identify and explain the theory or framework. (approx. 1 paragraph to identify and explain each theory) Describe your practice problem/patient from an organizational system, leadership, and frameworks for evaluation perspective. How does your assigned issue affect organizations? How do organizations address this issue? Identify any barriers or resources. How will you evaluate your care?
Apply the theory to your patient to either guide, describe, predict, or explain your patient care. (approx. 1 paragraph to explain the application to your patient for each theory)
Requirements
Be sure to use APA format form at least two references and citations (your text and any other additional references used).
The content of your initial post should be at least 600 words long.
Part 2: Patient Analysis Collaboration
Complete theory applications in response to at least two peers.
Name another theory that could be applied to define/describe your peer’s chosen concept.
Do not re-use theories that you have used in other theory explorations.
