Poster Presentation
This assignment is a virtual poster presentation; somewhat like poster presentations, you might see at large conferences. The goal of this presentation is to communicate to your audience an evidence-based nursing process change that you would like to see implemented. Your audience should be able to come away with a good understanding of what are planning to do, and why.
Instructions:
Your poster should include the following as applicable to your content:
Project title and the names and credentials of group members
Introduction/Background: Description of the problem necessitating the change
The Gap/Problem:
PICOT: the converted PICOT question
Methods:
Results/Intervention: Literature review of the intervention or process change (Table).
Discussion
Recommendations/ plans outcome measure
Conclusion and implications for nursing and patient care.
