It is difficult if not impossible to list all of the qualities or characteristics of the ideal leader. There are many successful leaders who are lacking many or all of the qualities or characteristics typically found on any one list. Provide an example of a leader you have had personal experience with and include reasons why this person was a good leader, or why this person was not a good leader, for the situation in which you experienced this leadership.
