i am great at interpersonal skills with the patients/ nursing staff, as that seems to come naturally as well as the administration of the PO/SQ/IM and am becoming more comfortable with the IVPBs.
i feel i need improvement with my time management and the administration of IVP medications as well as the use of the electronic system navigation and writing of CP.
Having to report on the medication a light has gone on a few times in realizing through the research the actual reason for given 1 med over another that might be in the same drug category
the day i had a patient that was in custody, i was super anxious but got the nerve to finally enter the room and it was ok. i mean my anxiety about having this first time experience with a pt in custody certainly was not warranted as it was definitely not my worst pt experience.
my classmates have been extremely helpful with teaching me little tips about the computer system which in-turn has resulted in my being more efficient with the system
