2. You are the supervisor of the hospital pharmacy. Your hospital holds an annual fire drill. The hospital policy is that everyone must leave the building. A drill was held on a Sunday when you were home. On Monday you were informed your employees in the hospital pharmacy refused to leave the premises saying they were too busy to stand around out in the cold. What are you going to do? 3.
