Review and reflect on the difference between styles, philosophies, behaviors, and skills and how Strengths-Based and Servant Leadership can compliment or elevate the leadership styles that appeal to you most.
Review your working definition of leadership and consider how you would change this to include one or both, Strengths-Based or Servant Leadership.
