In your summary discuss what is the underlying theoretical principal of why this technique would be helpful in creating change, how the technique is implemented, what problem area or target problem the technique is used to address and any cultural or developmental factors to consider when implementing this intervention. Also discuss any available research on the effectiveness of the technique as well as an ethical or legal considerations. Provide worksheets or handouts that are used with the technique.
