Theoretical part: theoretical literature review of macroscopic and microscopic changes in the body during of disease; up to 1500 words use pictures from related cases and compare the similarities. (important to mention things about the case, see document)
Practical part: analyze and describe for all histological images (do this with arrows, so I can see what is what). Should include all histological images, description of histological fig., mark inflammatory cells and identify tissue lesions; there is no word limit for this section. (detailed as possible)
C)onclusion: what kind of pathological processes occur during the illness; compare the microscopic changes in the practical part with information available in the literature, which was different or similar – up to 700 words (app. 1-1.5 pages).
