You have been invited to a local high school’s career fair. The theme is STEM careers, the different career paths within the field of science. You have been asked to create a presentation on the various career paths within the fields of cognitive psychology and neuroscience. There are several free tools available, including Zoom, Canva, and Loom. Your presentation should include a brochure for the students and a 3-5-minute speech that answer the following questions and prompts:
What skills and knowledge does someone need to be successful in one of these careers?
Explain the career(s) that are most exciting to you and what knowledge you carried over from learning science in high school.
Describe the value and importance of research within the field and how research methods are used within the field.
Your presentation should have two to four scholarly sources to support your claims.
