early physiological and experimental psychology;
applied psychology and behaviorism
psychoanalytic movement
contemporary movements
In your paper
Describe the philosophical assumptions about the causes for human behavior which underlie each theory.
Compare the viewpoint of each thinker
Describe the impact of those ideas on the history and current trends in psychology.
Discuss whether the personalistic or naturalistic approach, or both, account for the importance of this person’s contribution to the history of psychology.
Finally, prepare a summary in which you evaluate the personalistic and naturalistic approach to understanding the history of psychology.
Support your research with at least one or more research articles or the book with in-text citations. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Be sure to cite your sources appropriately within the paper and submit a list of references.
