you will complete a brief activity and create your own SOAP note to learn more about qualitative statistics, and objectivity specifically, which is usually seen in quantitative statistics, while giving you a real-world experience. You will write a paragraph 5-8 sentences on the “S” and “O” part of a soap note, which is used in therapy to see subjective and objective “data” of a client.
In order to complete the “S” and “O” of the SOAP note, you will have to complete the following:
create a psysdo client (can be a cartoon charter etc.).
Introduce the client and give background information including why they came for therapy, in 3-5 sentences.
In the “S” part of the note create a 5-8 sentence paragraph about the subjective nature of the client.
In the “O” part of the note create a 5-8 sentence paragraph about the objective nature of the client.
