Acquire and Appraise
Attach your completed summary of the evidence from your search presented in a table format here. See the handout for the sample format of the table and the appraisal key.
This should involve a summary of the eight scientific articles to be used for solving the problem you identified in MODULE 1.
Then, write a short summary of the appraisal of the evidence (1-paragraph appraisal statement). Prepare this as if you are presenting to your boss, not a professor.

A guide on what information to pick from each article for the table (follow the table in the handout): CEBMA-REA-Guideline Attached Pages 10-20
– the author and year of publication,
-the type of study or study design,
-setting of the study, sector or industry, sample size
-the findings (report only the findings relevant to the problem you are solving). If effect size is not reported, you can infer it from the strength of correlation or regression coefficient (bigger, better).
-the limitations (there is no limitations listed in the articles, but limitations of the evidence-based on the method of study)
-the appraisal score (see the sample table in the handout)
