Assignment Overview: You will be creating a nursing grand round presentation due in week 5 to teach a real patient about their condition and related assessment findings. In order to complete this assignment, you must first meet with and assess a patient. Then, to assess the patient, you will complete and upload both the health history and physical assessment form which will then be utilized for your nursing grand round presentation due in week 5.
Assignment Directions:
Identify a patient with a health condition over the age of 18.
Complete both the Medical Health History Download Medical Health History and Physical Assessment Download Physical Assessment forms for the selected patient using the templates provided and upload both of the completed forms to the assignment dropbox. (Complete only the sections of the forms that are applicable to the patient.)
