Your task this week is to chart the four main approaches to leadership that you reviewed this week.
Create a chart that includes a 2×2 table that compares the Trait Approach, the Skills Approach, the Behavioral Approach, and the Situational Approach to leadership. Be sure to identify where these approaches overlap and where they diverse.
After creating your table, pick which leadership approach you think is best for understanding leadership in the workplace, and write a discussion that defends your position using this week’s readings and at least two additional resources from the NCU library.
