the paper has to be divided into two parts please:
PART ONE is the DESCRIPTION of the event, which is about communicating with a non native speaker, how hard was it to deliver the medical information to him, as he speaks a foreign
language that no one knows and he has problems with hearing. he can understand little English and Arabic language, so I tried to deliver the information using both languages which was really a struggle. I had to explain for him that he has a intertrochantric fracture that needs to be fixed with a surgery. I was able to take his consent after long time of explanation.
the SECOND PART which is the REFLECTION: (as in the example paper uploaded)
I have to reflect about communication skills, and how did I act to overcome this issue, what did I do, for example talking in both languages he understands to deliver the information, and raising my voice to make sure he is listening and asking him after every information to repeat what he got or understand, etc. in addition, what will I advice someone in my shoes to do, and what will be my future plan of action for such situations.
