Tasks One comprehensive plan of care must be completed by the end of the semester. The final plan of care must show progression and development of communication skills, critical thinking, and clinical judgment. You will be assigned practice portions of a plan of care to help determine your progression throughout the semester. You will also be sharing and practicing this in post conference all semester. Final comprehensive plan of care must include the following: Three priority nursing diagnosis. Short and long-term goals for each diagnosis. Nursing interventions that are specific, individualized, and relevant to the patient (each intervention must include a rationale and citation of evidentiary support). Evaluation of each nursing diagnosis in relation to goal accomplishment The plan of care will be evaluated using the associated grading rubric. The following statement is required on all written assignments with respect to the University Honor Code.
