Ever heard of the TQE method?
THE TQE METHOD
This protocol has students come up with their own Thoughts, lingering Questions, and Epiphanies from an assigned reading. Consider posting some of the “notes” you might want to remember from reading in outline form (like an electronic note card} with the most important thing about _______(certain disorder in module) as your thoughts. Then post some question you might still have about that disorder and then the epiphany (the must know biggest thing to remember about the disorder). In the epiphany delve deeper into the literature answer your questions. Short sweet and to the point! Pick something to write about that is not the easiest for you to understand and by writing about it you move it to a deeper remembering place in your brain.
