In this week’s assignment, you will present and record your practicum project proposal. Your instructor and classmates will provide feedback to help you improve your presentation skills and to help you address information gaps prior to presenting to the stakeholders. The focus of this assignment is on presentation skills.
Step 1: Create Your Practicum Project Proposal
Develop a 10- to 12-minute oral report on your practicum project proposal.
Consider the following structure as a guide for constructing your presentation:
Reason for project
Project objectives
How the project aligns to the organization’s mission and vision.
Best practices identified
Implementation plan
Expected results
Consider incorporating the following into your presentation as a means of enhancing your presentation’s delivery:
Microsoft® PowerPoint® slides
Any other visual aids that will improve the effectiveness of the presentation (graphs, tables, charts, videos, graphics, and images)
Step 2: Record Your Presentation
Record your presentation using Microsoft Stream®.
Make it public so your classmates and instructor will be able to view it easily.

Step 3: Submit
Submit your presentation video link to your faculty in the assignment area.
Also submit your PowerPoint slides with speaker notes in the same submission
Submit your Mentor Meeting Summary template completed for Weeks 1-6
Also submit the completed and signed Mentor Meeting Summary to Typhon
Step 4: Prepare for Peer Feedback
After submitting your assignment, you will need to access your Practicum Project video link again to post it to the Wk 6 Discussion – Class Presentations board for your classmates to review. For details on how to access your video link again, review the Using Microsoft Stream Guide.

Review at least 2 of your peers’ videos and provide a response for them. Include the following in your reviews:
-Was the presentation informative?
-Do you have a clear understanding of the project proposal topic?
-Was the presentation organized and easy to follow?
-Did the presentation follow a logical structure?
-Was the presentation clear and engaging?
-If Microsoft PowerPoint slides were used, did they support the presentation?
-If any visual aids were used, were they instructionally sound or were they distracting?
-Did the presenter speak clearly and authoritatively?
-Do you have any suggestions/comments on the pace, teaching style, posture, and tone of the presenter?
-Did the presentation stay within the 10- to 12-minute time frame?
