The ask is to come up with prescriber facing language that would help ‘persuade’ or provide rationale reason for the prescriber to have their patient do this precision medicine test.
This will ONLY be for new biologic starts.
Some considerations include:
Section 3: Benefit to the patients:
Improved clinical outcomes based on therapy individualized by patient
Avoidance of wasted time on an inferior therapy 
Avoidance of unnecessary side effects to patient  
Avoidance of therapy transitions (e.g. multiple PA’s, dose titrations, routes of therapy, etc.) 
But you can think of others. This content should only be 1-2 paragraphs ideally since this is on fax. Last thing is to incorporate language in which prescribers would see credibility (eg According to XXX guidelines, according to published literature X% of patients that take this test…, according to the lab vendor, etc.).
Remember the tests are PrismRA, Mind.Px, and Vectra.
