(Depressive disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders and psychotic disorders, bipolar and mood disorders and mood disorders, anxiety and obsessive and compulsive related disorders.) Provide an in-depth discussion of the patient’s presenting problem, psychiatric history and all pertinent information to make an argument for an accurate DSM-5 diagnosis. Additionally, suggest appropriate non-pharmacological and pharmacological therapies and provide rationale for these clinical decisions.
