format for writing your paper. This is a paper of paraphrasing, NO QUOTES.
PART 1 [APA 7th edition format a must] [CONTENT] 5 Paragraphs
– Title page (first page)
– Introduction: Synopsis of assigned article with main theme-opening paragraph(1st paragraph)
– Three Nursing Diagnoses with Rationales addressing the people in the article: ( 2nd, 3rd, & 4th
paragraphs). These paragraphs need literature support.
The 3 nursing diagnoses need to encompass the below categories:
(1) physical
(2) emotional
(3) spiritual needs
– Each nursing diagnosis and rational is to be a paragraph long. Do not include names of people you
reference from the Jetter article.
– Submit three articles supporting your nursing diagnoses, each nursing dx paragraph needs literature
support from your articles with appropriate APA citation
– Paragraph of your argument/ idea/ opinion of the article (should be different from synopsis) (5th
paragraph).
