Identify a problem in your (or a friend’s) workplace, and describe it
fully. Discuss how this problem relates to one or more topics we’ve covered in class, citing
specific articles and theories. Specifically discuss how these class concepts and theories relate to
the problem. Propose an intervention that could be used to solve the problem (explicitly tied to
class concepts). There is no set length requirement, but you must fully address each topic in the
rubric (posted on Blackboard) in order to receive full credit.
