Review the content on leadership/group on Canvas and other material as needed. Your action plan should include both the actions you will personally take to address any areas of weakness, as well as your plan to work collaboratively and effectively with your team members throughout the semester. While not required, it may be helpful to share the results of your self-evaluation with your teammates to help guide your discussion about roles and responsibilities.
