Followership 101
For this task, assume that you, as an expert in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, have been called by the owner of a local medium-sized manufacturing firm who has recently learned about followership at an executive retreat. She wants you to deliver a presentation on the concept of followership and how leaders can use it to maximize their team’s performance. This will be part of a short ‘brown bag’ meeting, so the presentation should only be 10-12 slides (not counting the cover and references) and should include at least 200 words of notes per content slide to provide additional context to the slide content.
